On Thursday, we went to Maw Maw's house in Forest City, North Carolina, to have Christmas with all of John's family. We usually make a trip to Boiling Springs, SC, as well, but this year we could not make that stop. John's grandmother fell and broke her shoulder earlier in the week, and she had to have surgery on Christmas Eve. We were able to stop by and say hello to her, and she is doing well.
