Christmas 2010

We had a wonderful Christmas this year. Everyone was home, Santa was great to everybody and we had a white Christmas to top it all off! We started by going to the Christmas Eve service at church. The service was beautiful and all 3 kids behaved like angels! From church, we traveled down to Newnan to spend the night with Mimi and Papa. We sent Santa an e-mail on the way down to Newnan to let him know where to drop off our gifts! :) It began snowing in the early afternoon and didn't stop until the next day. We got a good 2 inches of snow on the ground and the girls loved it! Christmas night, we were back in Norcross at Gram and Grandy's house. Uncle Steven, Aunt Erica and cousin Clara braved the snow to make the drive down south. It was so great to spend some time with them. Next, we made the drive up to Anderson, South Carolina, to visit Oma and Opa (John's grandparents). Unfortunately, we missed out on seeing most of Daddy's cousins because they were all snowed in at their homes in different parts of North Carolina. Finally, we continued the drive up to Forest City, North Carolina, to visit Maw Maw. The kids got even more gifts and are now severely spoiled! We had a great time and loved seeing everyone. We are now back home and back to the grind of work. Can't wait until next year!
